Shifu Robert D. Mehus

Shifu Mehus is a certified 4th degree black sash in Shaolin Kung Fu. He has been studying Kung Fu since 1982 and training under renowned Shaolin Fighting Monk Shi Yan Ming. He has been teaching Kung Fu to children and adults for over 35 years. Robert has been an active participant in Kung Fu tournaments since 1984 where he would perform open hand forms, weapons, and sparring. Robert has consistently secured 1st or 2nd place trophies during such tournaments. Robert has excellent business experience based on his years of practicing law, several corporate positions held including Director, Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel, and Sr Associate General Counsel in leading service industries in the Minneapolis area as well as experience in the real estate and mortgage industry. Shifu Mehus continues to learn and hone his skills by training in Shaolin disciplines such as San Shao, Chin Na, Dim Mak, Tai Chi, and Shaolin weapon and hand forms.
